@@PeaceUduak-xd3mk my dear there are many reasons why one might miss their period, it doesn't necessarily mean they are pregnant. Another side to missing your period could be (the possibility that) there was a pregnancy but it was not viable so it came out as menses. Tracking your period using an app is ideal especially if it is difficult to do the calculations yourself.

Per your description of what you felt and the timing too, it seems you were still having your period or you were nearing the end of it. But if it (the cramping and fever) happened around your ovulation period, it could be normal (early pregnancy signs). Implantation will happen before your next period. Let's wait for about 6-10days more and run a home pregnancy test. An accurate results around that time is highly possible. Feel free to ask all your pregnancy questions here.

PT seeks to detect hCG in your blood or urine. hCG is detectable after implantation is successful and it can be detected earlier in blood than in urine. Going to the hospital for the test will be a wise choice.
