I had bad back labor with both my girls🤦‍♀️ one was a 24 hrs labor and the other one was a 20 hr labor all natural Induced Over Due with both by 2 weeks almost made it to 42 weeks.... I took it you can do this jacqie you got this when it's your time🙏🥰

This had me laughing!😂😂😂 not even sure if you'll read this. I had all my three children natural! No medication. Oldest son, I got induced 3 days before my due date since I was already 3 cm. I went in June 12 and I had him June 13. It was all fun and games until they broke my water when I was 6 cm. After that it was bad. I felt them on my back mostly. I even flip so they could message my back and let me tell you it kinda helped. Finally he was born at 4pm. My mom & aunt was my support team. When I was done with the pain I'll say i can't i can't and my mom told me you gotten this far and it's to late so suck it up and breathe. My second son, it was july 26. I took a very hot bath to relax my body and I was in there for a while. Finally when I got out it was like two some thing in the morning. I went to rest and within 5 minutes of laying down my water broke. My parents were on there way from TJ. My mom told everyone to keep me home and to give me two different teas. I rocked my body back and forward. I drunk one tea only and I couldn't. I felt like pooping but that meant it was time. If they would've token me to hospital I would've had him at home. Pain was in the back and front. 30 minutes into hospital he was born. Lastly my daughter, they broke my water in the hospital. Pain was bad. Mostly in the front. I needed to rocked myself. I did it but breathing, keeping my mind off it. Staying relaxed. Listening to music. We women could do it. Wishing you the best.
