Salmon is good for pregnant women. I eat sinigang na salmon when i was pregnant. It is good for brain development ni baby. :) greek yogurt as well. I always make sure to eat yogurt everyday. Fruits din. So weird that I also crave for fries during my pregnancy like every single day. Eat nuts as well its good for the baby.

First time ko manood ng vlog nila. Hi buntis! Oats is indeed nutritious. I am 20 weeks pregnant and had food aversions and even loosing weight which is normal as per my midwife. Oatmeal din breakfast ko with hot water let it soak the water and put milk on it with slices of banana/apple. Try apples my dear.. Have a healthy pregnancy to both of us.
