2022 and there are still people who believes that classical (or any other) music can make babies intelligent? It doesn't. Human interaction, engaging language, spending time with them and playing with them in their first year of life does. A lullaby or a tale performed by Alexa literally won't have the same impact on their brain. There is no technology, no device, no "hack" you can trade time spent with your kids for. You can do or buy something that tricks you into feeling that you are a better parent than those who don't, you can buy stuff to quench sense of guilt for spending less time with your kids than you think would be "right", but nothing can substitute your presence. Mothers (working or not) need to be supported by the entire family, social environment, community and governmental welfare policies, and relieved from feeling the entire pressure of raising a baby as if it was solely on their shoulders. No amount of money you can earn will give you your kid's first year of life back, whether you are a mother, a father, a grandma/pa. Everyone needs to find their own balance without feeling judged over what they "should" do.
