Thank you so much for sharing your story I was also a young mom and have raised my daughter alone as well so I can definitely relate and understand how you feel. Now I found someone who loves me and my daughter and I am very blessed to have wonderful support now because before I had to do it all alone which was very difficult. Sharing your story was so reassuring and I hope it helps other young mothers make the right decisions because when it comes to raising a baby it can be very challenging. Trizzy thank you for sharing your story. I think you are brave and string fir speaking up and telling us about being 17 and pregnant, knowing you’d be a single mom and then how much thought you put into the decision of adoption or parenting. Darling, it sounds like you made the right decision. I’m so happy you have Jonah. Babies are a blessing but they also can be a huge surprise and some of those big emotions during pregnancy are what most of us feel…. Choosing a name, wondering if we are going to be good enough…… but if you have a home filled with love, then you have everything. You sound like you have a gorgeous family around you and a church community that are real Christians…. Loving and supporting each other. Yes being a mom is hard but I have lived being a mom for 30 years and the only thing I’d change….. I’d have more babies ❤

I was 20 years when I got my first child now she’s 16 years old and I have other 2 kids after. Now I’m a single mom raising my three kids alone without any support. I’m a proud cause I know a still raise three amazing kids with good grades and there very polite with others. Also I turn 37 in July and I think I am good as a single parent. Your and Trey doing an amazing job with Jona and don’t be afraid to raise your child alone. We have ups and downs during the path but we have to learn with the mistakes. God bless you guys and this is an inspiration story to still continue raising my kids alone.

Izzy you answered my question about Jonahs father. I thought for a long time you and Trey were his parents but obviously 3 years after you gave birth and then meeting Trey. Trey and you are very good together and act as if you are husband and wife already. Keep up the good work of raising Jonah.
