Do they not conduct rape kits on victims in Nigeria when a rape is reported the same day? Emotional but great movie! The victim is pregnant, so they should have just run a paternity test to confirm the father of the unborn baby.. it's good his friend opened up to save the innocent Samaritan from going to prison.. I am keenly aware how difficult things can be in Africa due to shortage of reliable technology and appropriate expertise. However, this case could have been easier to resolve than they made it in this movie. The girl screamed from the window that she was raped, and everyone saw her and heard what she said happened to her while she was still inside that house. All the investigators could have done is to call a medical team that could have taken a swab from her private area, and another swab of saliva from both suspects for DNA and blood test to determine what exactly happened to girl and who the real culprit was. All this could have been done during the arrest process. And right there and then, the case could have been solved. And yet, they went to all those unnecessary troubles for nothing. Still, it is a good movie in terms of the lessons it conveys to people to never trust anyone, let alone a total stranger you just met on the street who asks you to enter his or her house no matter what the reason may be. No one has the mark of rapist, abuser, or killer on their face. Even the most innocent face can be hiding the most dangerous and deadly heart of an evil person. Be very prudent, trust your first instinct, and watch your surrounding very carefully and move on without looking back. We all have but one life to live and it cannot be duplicated nor replaced.
