Pregnant mother's health is weak after surgery - how long will it take to recover?

Hi everybody
Our names are Hien and Khoa, we are 22 years old this year. We had the opportunity to meet Khoa and build a life together for more than a year. I am currently 7 months pregnant. The baby is due in September 2024 and we are so excited to capture life's moments on the small screen. Sincerely thank you for everyone's attention and love

Ive had 4 surgeries to have babies, after 2 days need to move around a little by little for strength and try to nurse baby, mom milk is better for baby, glad everyone is good and it will get better❤❤❤

Saya 3 kali operasi cesar melahirkan bayi. Setelah obat bius hilang, anggota tubuh bisa bergerak, usahakan mului duduk dan menyusui bayi karena menyusui juga sebagai alat mempercepat proses pemulihan sang ibu selain untuk kesehatan bayi. Usahakan berdiri dan berjalan pelan2 sambil menggendong bayi, tidak boleh mengangkat beban yg lebih berat dari bayi sendiri. Puji Tuhan saya 2 hari setelah operasi saya sudah bisa berjalan gendong bayi dan hari ke-3 sudah pulang ke rumah dengan sehat, hanya luka sayatan tidak boleh basah sampai lukanya kering/sembuh bagian luar. Selain minum obat dokter, saya juga konsumsi minyak ikan gabus yang mengandung albumin tinggi yang mempercepat kesembuhan luka. Lekas pulih hein, semangat khoa merawat bayi dan ibunya. Tetap jaga keutuhan rumah tangga dan berbahagialah❤

Hi family! Hein, your body is adjusting to giving birth. Hormonal changes are happening. The first week is the toughest, especially after a C section, you will probably be a little emotional, but it's normal. I agree with others. You must start moving little by little or you will remain weak and sore. It will be better soon. Hang in there girl! We're rooting for you!! Mom, dad and baby are all adjusting. But, it's such a special time. Before you know it he'll be walking. Let me know when you get the money I sent. They said it should be there on the 17th. I wish you all the absolute best! Приветствую молодую семью и малыша. Скорейшего выздоровления Хиен и крепкого здоровья в будущем малышу. Глядя на вас и я вспомнила все свои операции, первые роды пролежала семь дней из-за потери крови и малышку приносили только покормить. После вторых родов ребенка дали через два часа и всё, больше не забирали а третьи роды ,сразу вставай и водись сама . Вам желаю чтоб все были крепкого здоровья и дальше вас ожидали только приятные минуты по воспитанию дитя.

I think sweet potatoe tops is good for her to boost her immune system and don't let her feed noodles and porridge without any additional nutrients like vegetables, meat, eggs etc. I think let her feed every two hours so in between of that she's gonna felt hungry that can felt her weak, every hour give her some fruits to eat even half of that piece of fruits so she urinate much and flash out toxins in her body...get well Hien, good luck

I had 2 c sections when I had both of my kids. The thing that helps you move is to hold a pillow over the area where you were cut when you move. You press in with your hand as you move and that pressure takes the pain away and helps you to overcome it. YOu do have to take it easy. Don't do too much too fast. But this will allow you to hold your baby and breast feed if that is your desire. If I was closer to you I'd mail you one of my kitty pillows to use. They are just the right size for this difficulty. Be sure to move around. If you don't it will take longer to heal. Who needs that when you have a husband and a beautiful baby to be with.
