So glad y’all were feeling up to celebrating! My favorite foods for Thanksgiving can really be eaten any time. They aren’t “typical” Thanksgiving foods. Mashed potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and creamed corn were my faves this year. And of course, who can forget the Hawaiian rolls. 🥰 I’m a chicken girl - I don’t really care for turkey. Gravy is NOT my jam. Neither is cranberry sauce.

I don’t like soggy stuffing, I love the flavour though so that’s why we make the stuffing and then broil it so the top gets all crusty and toasty

Ha, I didn’t make stuffing this thanksgiving. Those balls look delicious! I want to try an oyster stuffing recipe for Christmas. My one thing i’m not a fan of is the green bean casserole with cream of mushroom soup & fried onion topping. I make it every year though because it’s my daughter’s favorite.
