I would have bought the pink too not knowing the gender of baby😊I actually made a quilt and used a dark pink backing. It was a little boy 😀❤️but by him being the third baby I didn’t hear any complaints 😂I’m 68 and never knew what I was having till they popped out 😊God blessed me with two boys and a girl in between them❤️

Had to laugh right off. My husband and I went to a comedy show and the comedian said he was going to invent an alarm clock that mimics a dog vimiting. Wakes you right up. He could make the sound perfectly through his mike. Hilarious. It worked on you. Sorry about the doggy land mines though.

Oh I think you can old fashioned dye the pink to a different color. I remember my mom bought this package of fabric dye you put in the washer with specific directions with the item. If necessary of course, We're all hoping pink is the right color for Freya's sake lol

Don't know if I am the odd one but. My babies did not sleep in our room. My son made it one night. I so totally did not get any sleep, I heard every breath, whimper, and grunt. The second night his little butt went to his room. Motherly instinct let me know he needed me. We both got good sleep. I know this is not for everyone but it worked for me. ❤ 😊

Ours stayed in our room until about 3 months old, basically, once they were sleeping longer during the night, but we had a monitor so we (meaning me 😉) could hear them. But, everyone does what is comfortable and best for their parenting style.

I ended up buying the air filter for my house because with 3 kids and 2 dogs I always seem to have a weird smell around. Personally I’m not sure it actually filters the air 💁 or mine is defective maybe. It makes the house smell great with the scent beads but the first few days I ran it on plain water to see what would happen and got nothing 🤦🏽‍♀️ no dust or dog hair or discoloration I was so sad. However the thing makes my entire house smell great with the beads so I still call it a win. It took me like a week to discover that it had a low med and high speed 😂

for gestational diabetes a fasting of 120 is, really, not that bad. 89 is a really good reading for anyone. High protein is the way to go. You look great for being more than halfway through your pregnancy.

Yup with our last baby (hes one now) i was checking my glucose levels because i failed both the one hr and three hour test. The three hr i was barley over but we still wanted to be careful. The one hr i was way over but they told me i didnt need to fast before taking it. Like i legit had my one dr pepper after work on my way to that appt 😅. I thought it was strange they didnt have me fast because with my other two (7 and 14) i had to fast before hand. For the 3 hr i had to fast overnight and went in the morning. Every time i was higher than normal i just needed to wash my hands lol Also, you are GLOWING! I hope Bobby is alright, he usually is on this channel more. Thankfully he has such an awesome wife!

Freya is so cute with her braid. And yes, I fibbed to my ob when pregnant with my daughter when she asked about my diet. I ate things I shouldn't have. But that was 35 years ago(wow). You're doing great! It's crazy hot here in SC, cannot look at Fall & Christmas decor yet!!!!

Yep, i used to fib to the doctor as well 😅, trying to eat and keep down 6+ meal's was impossible. Carrying twins, my body was full of babies. No room in the tummy inn 😂. You got some great deals on pumpkins bits ( sorry, that's what I've called your baby, until we know). Glad your cookies were yummy 💞

Cambriea. As an EMT & ER tech we always use rubbing alcohol to clean the fingertip before checking the blood sugar. Not sure if you cut those strawberries before Or after you checked. im pregnant as well. i think im only 3weeks ahead of you maybe. i have GD as well for the 2nd time. this is my 4th child as well. with this pregnancy i have been honest as possible with my doctors. I eat maybe 1 meal a day Maybe 2. ive lost so much weight from this pregnancy. my doctors arent worried since im over weight. as long as im not throwing everything up every meal they are fine.

I saw you put an egg shells in your garbage disposal. I’ve always read that you’re not supposed to put eggshells in the garbage disposal because they can blunt the blades and contribute to clogs in the drain. I’ve always thrown egg shells in a trash bag.

Good morning, Happy 4th🎉 Freda is getting so big. I love her sweet voice. She’s a little talker. Cannot wait to see her with the new baby. She is going to be such a good little momma❤. Hope you are feeling good & happy to see your sugar levels are good.I’m the same way about eating. I have one or two meals if I am lucky. I do try to have yogurt , boiled eggs, cheese sticks on hand for protein. I try to eat protein as much as possible. I prep fruit and salad fixings and put them in mason jars so that I have them ready for days that I eat. I am a full time care giver. My husband had a stroke and needs a lot of care. Over 25 years a diabetic. Split the food. So your body has food to work with all the time. And taking your sugar, take a sip of water before. Your numbers will be better. Also the true reading is when doctor takes the blood. That shows 3 months worth. What stinks is It does tell you what time of day it was high. So you can regulate your meds. Weird Most people what helps with numbers is when eating. Is to eat raw tomato's. Not ketchup or tomato sauce. That's bad! Love ya!

Unfortunately a lot of the things that help when diabetic doesn’t work the same with GD. I learned that with my first because my grandfather was a diabetic and I tried doing things he told me but was later told by my dr because it cause by the placenta it’s similar but different at the same time

I never had a bassinet or crib with any of my kids all mine co-slept with us until they were about 2 and then straight to a twin size bed. My kids are all young adults now but I absolutely love the newer style swings. They have so much more now for babies than they did when my kids were little.

I would do the eating on a timed schedule. You & baby's health comes b4 everything else. So.... idea here and hope it helps you somehow.... 7am wake up Eat breakfast 9 to 10am snack 12pm Lunch 2 to 3 pm snack 5pm dinner 7 to 8pm snack You know I love you and I know you feel your stomach is full but that is just the baby pushing up against it. So you aren't actually full. You need the nutrients and so does she. Yes, I'm convinced she is a girl ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’ve been wondering if you have done the needle hanging from a piece of thread over your wrist to find out the gender? Every time it was done with my friends and me……Bam! Correct every single time. If the needle swings side to side it’s a boy. Circle is a girl. I think that’s the way it works. I’m 69 and not thinking of babies AT ALL! Been there done that.

It's just 2 dogs an what gets me is a dog goes to the bathroom when ur sleeping an u can't smell it.... Omg my dog farts in the other room an it wakes me up. The whine an cry an lick my face to wake me up to go potty.... 😂🎉❤but they get sick too just like we do an there is nutta to do but ride out the storm ❤😂
