I've tried countless things. The only things that really worked in my case: A nutritious diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 30 mins, eating right, using quality shampoo as well as oil. I use only liitlexttra cocooniion shampoo plus hair oil for this purpose and it does the job. The hairfall was controlled with it.

I vouch for this 200%. After watching your videos I completely stopped using store bought conditioners. It’s more than 8 months now and I haven’t used any conditioner. My hair fall has stopped…from 200-500 hair fall per day to literally 5-10 strands of hair fall now. It’s nothing less than a miracle. I’ve been suffering with frizzy hair for a LONG time, my mum never allows me to use conditioners because of chemicals so I’m mostly dependent on home remedies for my skin and body care. Let me tell you, this remedy is a blessing. I tried this only once and my hair looks so pretty and soft now. It’s been nearly a day since I used this and my hair is still nice and theres no frizz. @@pritidesai298 i normally soak rice in water at night..next day add any oil you want..i mostly use coconut oil as i am facing severe hairfall so i avoid any kind of experiments ..then apply this on hair before bath..let it stay for an hour or as you want with a shower cap then normally shampoo ..i cannot tell you the results ..how it reduce my hairfall is MAGIC..i love prieti prerna's remedies..it always work for me..but this rice mixture and flexseeds gel is something magic ..you must mush try it ♥️♥️♥️..thankyou
