My landlord put a tro and lie to the court. I have not been served yet but i did respond. She call the sheriff's and try to have them arrest me by saying she already served me but the court has zero records that i been served. I have all the evidence to prove my case am not guilty. My landlord only made a false statement to get me out of the studio since she has no license to rent one.

Sounds like alot of words that could be summed up more simple with the same meaning... My experience is with a domestic violence temporary order being served onto me based on lies. So I guess since I never did anything I was accused of there couldn't have been evidence of it and so the judge can't have reviewed evidence to show her case would be likely to sucseed or that injury that can't be compensated by money would occur without temporary restraining order. But this is Australia but I thought all democracies worked the same way
