Q.1 Answer is Both 1& 2 , it's about the matters of constitutionality of amendments.

Ma'am in Question-1 The exact statement as per question paper is - " In India, matters related to the constitutionality of the amendment of an act of the parliament are referred to the constitution bench by the SC" So according to it the statement has to correct, isn't it. Most probably article 134A and 136

Maam Dopt was placed under PM Iin 1980s , initially it was under cabinet secretary...whole document is available on dopt site..from cabinet sec->home ministry->PM.

Cabinet Secretariat functions directly under the PM- you can find that written on the website on the cabinet secretariat itself and always go with what the govt agency itself is saying rather than your own interpretation
