Hello Sir! I always find your sessions very helpful. I have a very specific doubt, pls reply. I have a pretty sharp brain, so i can study a lot in a very less time. But the downside is, my brain fries very fast as well . No matter how many breaks i take, no matter how much 25-5 or 50-10 techniques i apply I haven't been able to increase my daily study hours to more than 6. I already cleared pre in my first attempt (from home) but mains requires way more deeper study, especially optional. And that is the biggest obstacle I'm facing currently. Studying 5-6 hours a day (consistently everyday) doesn't seem enough to cover optional+ prelims in 4-5 months. Any tips on how to increase the daily hours (I sleep approximately 9-10 hours daily, my screen time is very low, and the only other thing which takes up my time is provisioning for food and other stuff since i have now moved to delhi).
