Prelude and Toccata (live performance at the Amsterdam Conservatory)

I am deeply grateful to have been able to come back to Amsterdam after over 4 years to give a recital in the Sweelinckzaal. Here is a composition I wrote called "Prelude and Toccata".
The piece is based on a 4 note motif, in the structure of a 2 contrasting tempos (slow-fast). The harmony develops over the course of the work, bridged by a whole-tone scale that is present starting on the roots of A and E.
