Prem Rawat in Toronto, Canada, July 8th 2012

I was at this event - I am from UK but went to Canada for first time in my life just to hear him speak there. A few days after this he did another event in Montreal so I took a train from where i was staying in Toronto and thoroughly enjoyed the journey down there. The event in Montreal too was memorable - I didn't know a single person who was there and in a way that was wonderful too - no social complications I was there to hear him talk and learn something - there is no one else who inspires me to make that effort towards full self realisation than Prem - I am 70 yrs old now and first attended his talks in 1973 - shortly after that event which was in London - I was shown the techniques of how to access that personal peace for myself and with that my life changed. The only requirement to be shown that gift inside was my thirst for that reality and even if you think you lack that thirst - try listening to him because that is where my thirst to know grew and grew so when it came time to be shown the seed got planted well.

Great expression Len. Hearing your expressions bring a deep sense of the fact that in some way we both are connected with each other. I am just 24 now, and work as a Software Engineer at Google. I received Knowledge in 2018, and I cannot express how deep impact it had on me at a personal level. Prem's presence in my life has been transformational and beyond my capabilities of wordy expresssions. I feel it to be a sincere grace and fortunacy that in this life, I could find him so easily and get deeply hooked. He with his message keeps fueling that deep inner thirst that I wasn't properly aware of at first, all I know is that I always felt incomplete and some part of me missing. He brought these beautiful beautiful techniques called Knowledge in my life, which helped me get close and closer and very close to that divine that resides within. His message is beyond these worldly concepts, and takes one far up high in the sky to actually see what this life is really all about. Deep expressions of inner thankfulness to him and divine for making this possible in my life. :)

His message is interesting, but not unique. I think that the risk in getting involved with Mr. Rawat and practicing his meditation is in treating him as Lord rather than just respecting him as a teacher.
