The other female centric movies which have recognisable stars that released in the year are Goodluck Sakhi, Saakini Daakini, Jayamma Panchayathi, Bhamakalapam and a movie which has title "Aadavallu meeku Joharlu." I think telugu industry has done considerable amount of female centric movies in the past also. Oh Baby, Rudramadevi, Arundathi are the money spinners.

Regarding the female in lead characters - Many of the directors write from their life experience and based on that they would do a bad job if they don't have some female writers in the team to navigate the lines. So, it's hard for them to think that way as their reference point of story thinking itself revolves around Men to begin with.

Somebody mentioned “Antham” movie, a RGV/Nagarjuna film. Although the film didn’t to well, but there are a few very good things in this film. 1) Hero is A loner, a killer and does not talk much. And his troubles to win the heroine despite of his killer background. Never seen that in a Telugu cinema. (2) Very slow and soothing songs by Ilayaraja sir. (3) And a Silk Smitha’s club song. That item song was so graceful and zero vulgarity in it even though it’s an item/club song (at least according to me😊).

Hi Prema garu, good to have the talk all this people.... One question from my end is movie like Sita ramam changed so many young generation which shows the big difference between love and lust. This is 18-23 years movie specially as hanu sir said ... As a mother of a boy n girl had a fear with what things going on around us ...... Like rape and all shit happening... So why can't this direction department people strength here to make a movie with which is good and bad ..... Please try from your end to remove this all shit happening in our society.... Because kids ki entha chepina Ela oka movie la chupisthey baguntadi ani..
