Bro i got the same exact controller my preferred adjustments are:big raised wide joy stick on the left right joystick is default. Also: i have the click triggers on max and the speed is normal. My left paddle is sprint and my right is crouch to resemble. The stick drift i have had mine for about a year and i have had no stick drift at all and i mean not even the slightest also i play for 6 hours a day so yeah: next is that if you see that little button if you finesse it the top will pop off then you can see the levers pull those and thats how you take off the joysticks if there is stick drift and they are only about 25$ usd for both left and right: hope this helps😊
