This was the best game I've ever been to! Not because there haven't been better games since, but the fact we were having such an amazing season during the Ashley gloom and doom days. The 11/12 season was something special and that squad was unreal for how cheap it was. Ba, Cisse, Cabaye, Tiote (RIP). I can't be the only one out there that really appreciated Pardew as a manager, especially after the dross we got after him 🙌⚫️⚪️

The standard of refereeing was just as bad then as it is now, only difference is now we can watch 7 angles in slow motion. For me this type of football is way better than what we witness every weekend now. Yes decisions went against us but it was all part of the game
