I hate how slowly reputation goes up when you are making constant progress. Imagine if Wrexham had a half star or 1 star in this game and try and sign the players they did sign while in the National League two years ago. Makes zero sense.

Imagine the kind of players they will be able to get next season when they hit the championship. If I were a professional footballer I would want to be at a club that’s been promoted 3 times in 4 years or whatever their ridiculous rise has been

It's majorly frustrating, I took Yeovil through the leagues and completely collapsed in the prem because the club couldn't keep up. Needed a season back down in the championship to rebuild a prem ready team.

Kev, you have a great potential player in your youth teams, George Tanner? Already worth 5-9 million. Maybe worth taking a look at him. Also, you can fire some of your rubbish scouts and your assistant manager will suggest improved ones in the next staff meeting! No need for using search!

I know this save is coming to the end of it's life, (I've seen that the new version has started), but I just wanted to say that I've really enjoyed a series where someone who is usually very good at the game actually struggled from time to time and doesn't just win everything every season. I liked it even more that it was in the lower leagues where your previous opinion was that you just sign 1 lot of players to take you through all edited/added leagues until you got to National League South. It shows others that you don't have to win every season in a save like this and the happiness on your face when you actually did get promoted to the Premier league made all the earlier struggle worthwhile. Well done for sticking with it and not binning it off because I appreciate that this series didn't get the same number of views that your comparable saves have got. I for one am more likely to watch your stuff as a result of this "different" save style and after going through and watching every video in this series, will soon move on to the FM 25 version. It's also encouraged me to go and resubscribe to you on twitch using my prime sub. rarely if ever watch you on Twitch, but consider this a reward for this series. Thank you. The reason I actually came on here to post was also to commend you on the shirt deal you did with the real Wembley FC, where I think you split the profit from shirt sales 50/50. That money will have been huge to them so well done.

Best hope is you get insane amounts of rotation against you (at least in the first half of the season) because of the reputation being so low

they need to make reputation change more quickly, give bonuses to getting promoted etc or put less reliance on rep

Kev.. Everytime you loan out a player you want 100% wage for them. Instead of all this clicking when you do this, you should set that as default. Would save you a lot of clicks over time when loaning out players :P

Your transfers were more expensive than you wanted bc in your counter offer you auto accepted their ££ offer rather than keeping the original lower ££. I guess you have to double check that in these swap scenarios

I’m guessing that there might be some issues with mod that he used. Could be that the engine isn’t built to deal with a club that small?

As much as it sets your club up financially for the rest of time, there's still a part of me that despises getting to this point in a road to glory save. Paying 40k a week to League One quality players? Sign me up. Also, fair play to inadvertently having the best coaching setup in the entire league despite only using job adverts. I can't manage that going out and cherry picking the best people from the staff search and that's with a few years of Premier League reputation boost behind me.

Kev you always want to rush a stadium. The last thing you want is to have them make a 12k all seater with the potential to be upgraded to 20k. And fm is coded to not allow another new stadium for like 20 years. So you would be stuck trying to win the CL with a 20k max stadium. The longer you wait the better on the new stadium

FM hasn’t been coded to stop 2 stadiums close together for years. I had a second new one within 5 years not so long ago
