Benevidez is not signed to PBC, and never has been. He is promoted by Sampson Lewkowicz and Sampson Boxing. Sampson Boxing just has a working relationship with PBS. This is very common in boxing. For example, Tyson Fury is signed to Queensbury, but had a working relationship with TopRank to fight on their cards when he fought inside of the US. Nonetheless, Morrell is also not signed with PBC. Neither are PBC fighters.
