Hey, "personal use" for Komika in Dafont is wrong, they already say that the priority should be the text given by the company providing the font. The company providing the font is an organization called "apostrophiclab", which was founded in 2000, and this organization offered Komika Axis %100 free of charge. (Note: Also on most other font sites this is Free Commercial.)

If anyone else is getting a rendering error when trying to use this effect: When setting scale in your transform effect, set it to a value other than zero. I set mine to 0.1 and now it works fine. Also when you're creating the captions you can set your text preset there once you created it and save that as a preset as well for the next time you go to do captions

Dude this is epic. I have been placing subtitles as an afterthought. I use them a lot with my professional stuff but haven't for KZbin yet. In the back of my mind I have been telling myself it's time to get thoroughly versed in captions, but never got around to it. Your timing is great and I'll be referencing this video later when I put this into practice. Curious though, I don't seem to recall you using this on your channel (outside of this video)? Is there a specific reason for it or are you just trying to keep things consistent with your other videos which seem to be doing rather well on their own? Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with all of us. You are helping me break some really bad habits with Premiere Pro and it's really appreciated.

trying to keyframe the zoom in of the text but its always showing at 100% scale at the start of the text for a SINGLE frame. then it takes what the first keyframe is set to

For me, When i go to both Sequence or Window, The option for text or auto transcribe doesn't even pop up. Like when i click window on the top there is no thing that says text.

My heart sank because Update Caption to Graphic was all greyed out. I saved my project, ran the update, opened up the program again, imported my project, and when I went to look for the option, it was there!! So cool. What a great feature, finally!

If you don't have the upgrade caption to graphic option and your app is up to date, just uninstall and reinstall. That fixed the issue for me.

Dragging transform into the text panel only applies the effect to one caption for me. does that mean I have to individually apply the transform effect to each separate subtitle, or am I doing something wrong? I've tried selecting all of them but you can't apply effects to multiple objects at once.

Hi! I'm new to KZbin and have a question about this please. Why would you 'hard code' your subtitles into your video like this and not use the KZbin caption system that can be turned on an off? My thinking is A) I find captions distracting if I have the sound on and will want to turn them off, and B) if I make foreign language captions in KZbin, they'll be fighting the ones baked into my video. What are your thoughts please?

My feeling is that many people do not turn on subtitles. And since we know many people don't have audio when they watch, they will be less engaged and leave the video earlier. So doubling up on subtitles makes sense. Also YT doesn't allow styling, animation, colors, emojis, etc. in the subtitles they do automatically. Maybe that's an update for the distant future.

I'm not trying to be rude but I don't know why I even have to suggest this to you......but you should listen to me. In this video you are trying to teach people how to do something. Right? So why wouldn't you SHOW an example of the effect you are trying to teach at the start of the video? You just jump right into it and showing people how to do it, but they don't even know what "it" is. Do you not realize that? It honestly melts my brain when I watch tutorials on youtube on how to do something and the teacher never even starts with an example of what they are about to teach. You're not the only one who missed this, a lot of people do. You need to focus, stop yelling, stop screaming, stop being so animated and going nuts behind your desk and just THINK about what you are doing. Start with an example.

Including Storyblocks, I have not had a good experience with any stock footage website... When you go to do pricing, it's always more expensive than they advertise because the "per-month" price they advertise is assuming you buy an annual subscription otherwise it's more expensive... Like more than double... And they boast being able to cancel anytime? Why can I not get a fair price monthly, and still be able to cancel anytime? Do I get a fair amount of my money back if I cancel an annual subscription? It seems like a giant racket to me...
