My footage went from 'meh' to 'Hollywood star in the making'! If my editing skills keep improving like this, I might need to hire a personal assistant to handle all my future Oscar invites 🌟🎬😂

I love colorista I think it's the best but I'm on an older version that I had a lifetime license for. I would like to update to fix some bugs but it is insanely expensive.
@iansadler07Ай бұрын
yeah how do I get the colorista for a cheaper price?! That's insane!

Hi Gal I learn so many thing from your videos❣ and I follow you from last two years. Now its not easy to learn from your videos because its all about paid promotion and paid plugin .Now its seem like its a promotional video. I am sorry to say that😓.

Hey mehboob just the first part bc it is the tool we use, it's not all about the plugin, you can see most of the video is about adding specific effects about Lumetri. The truth is that me and my team use these tools to make better color or else I wouldn't show them, we use them in every video and it helps us greatly, I do offer work arounds and note that cosmo is optional and i really do want to share the best workflows!

I'm guessing I already know the answer, but is there a standalone version of the Magic Bullet Suite? As much as I know this tool helps, being in a belt-tightening phase at the company I work, I don't think I can get approval. I'm an in-house, ah, marketing department. As most people here, I do everything from email blasts, content marketing, videography, and image editing (PSD and PPro). Because this is a small portion of what I do, it's a tough sell. (And based on the way I'm just rambling on, you can tell I'm an expert at writing in a concise and active voice!)

Super great video! I didn't realize you did all that for your videos but it does look so much better. I do this kind of stuff in my still photography because Lightroom makes the mask selection so easy. I hope some of that AI makes it to Premiere.

Really useful! Something (unrelated) I don’t quite understand is how changing the order of the lumetri effect stack in the Effect Control panel can completely change the image and how they’re applied. I sometimes move my top most lumetri effect where I do my intitial corrections to the bottom of the stack so I can edit it, and I noticed the whole image changes. It’d be great to understand how the order of effects in the panel affects the overall image.
@PremiereGal4 ай бұрын
You want the base to be at the top.
@usmanmajid78374 ай бұрын
@@PremiereGal Thank you! Yes I do this, however it'd be great to understand the technicalities of why the changes occur when you move them around. Is this something you've done a video on yet or can do in the future? Thanks :)

Loved this but be great to see help without having to purchase this plugin that I can't afford.
@PremiereGal4 ай бұрын
You can, I just find the guided correction to be so much easier, sometimes when I'm correcting the BASE I feel like I'm going in blind, you can convert your footage to B&W and use lumetri color panel, but as I said, it just saves us more time and since we use it in every video the cost starts to justify it. But if you don't use it often, I understand how it may be hard. But remember, the rest is all Lumetri! So I hope you took away some tips as part of the built in workflow too!

As a carry-on from my previous, I work for a metal fabrication company. 98.5% of my images are facets of manufacturing: welding, press brakes, powder coating-boring topics. Do you have any recommendations for educational tips (video/photos) for this industrial sector? I'm self-taught and don't know what I don't know.

This channel is so good. Love your content! Plugin looks great, will check it out. I think the grading in this video is a bit over done though, compared to the example video, which looks great. Your skin looks too smooth and kind of greyish, then your lips are a bit too red in the center and greyish on the edges. Also, whites in your eyes are too white.

Can you use that many Lumetri instances without dragging down performance to a crawl?
@PremiereGal4 ай бұрын
Yes thats why I check off the different sections of lumetri I dont use, like if I only use curves turn off hsl, creative etc

Some great tips here Kelsey! I do wonder why not do these adjustments directly on the clip instead of adjustment layers. Is there an advantage doing it to adjustment layers?
@PremiereGal4 ай бұрын
You can do it on a clip, for our editing team, I save it on an adustment layer so I save it as a template project and I can copy and paste the template on my talking head for each project. Plus I might have many clips, and the adjustment layer can be played on all clips, then we nest it as 1 clip 😊

When are we going to get Premiere Pro on iPad Pro?

That's a good question! I'll need to look into it, I was looking into getting something lighter and smaller to take home with me but it looks like the new iPad Pro is huge haha.

@@PremiereGal I’m getting the 13-inch model. Surely they have enough muscle to handle Premiere Pro especially with the M4 chip.
