Sarvodaya traders. Beware, they won’t even exchange the product as soon you step out from the shop. Avg. quality with zero customer satisfaction. So think 10 times before you make a decision to buy anything from here. There are several shops who sells carpets with much better variety, rates and care to build relationships with customers and not just take their money and never look back. Highly disappointing experience. Yes, they make it explicit and there is no return / exchange policy. But it’s a highly disappointing policy itself. No one thinks that they are going to exchange the purchase but it’s a hassle if your carpet does not match up with the room and you wish you would not have purchased the from such a shop. Quality- 6/10 Price- 6/10 Customer care - 1/10 Mean while Clap trap videos are great! Please be explicit and highlight these weird policy in the videos. I would say watermark them . All the best

Sir with all due respect to your disappointing experience which is something that all of us have faced some time or other, and we are wiser now. It may be pertinent to point out that as a seller he owes it to his customers to give a fresh new product and therefore if one customer returns it, the other might end up wondering if they are being sold someone else’s sales return, if Sarvodaya’s policy accommodates such requests. I am sure they understand your feeling but he cannot entertain one customer and refuse another, so the best is “No returns” policy to be fair to all. Since we are spending so much on a carpet I think the onus is also on us to check the size, colour, price, type of carpet, market etc., before we buy one. I have purchased from Sarvodaya without visiting or meeting anyone, based only on info on CLAP TRAP and the price, quality and service were excellent and I will certainly recommend them to everyone. 😍

Thanks for your feedback. We mark your words that you must have visited our store . Yes there are some restrictions for exchanging our products but it is not completely disallowed as we’re into interior and furnishing business. As such there is no instance when customers wanted to exchange the carpets/ rugs /cushion covers etc without stepping out of the store but denied . Real feedback shall be appreciated.

@@annramona9684 I raised the return request within a few hours and explicitly asked them to only exchange it after thoroughly inspecting the product to their satisfaction, but they still gave a very cold reply as no. It shows how you treat your customers without applying care and empathy. These moments define any customer experience journey and makes you a loyal customer, else it’s just a price war.
