@@marc5891 ok so all the discs, Blu-rays and DVDs, worked in my Xbox one so I think it’s safe to assume they’re all region free and should work in any player. I don’t know how readily available the set is but it also seemed like the only thing exclusive was just the fancy packaging, as the features included all seem to be from the scream, arrow, and synapse releases of the three included films. If you’ve got those versions of one, two and Just Desserts I don’t think you’re missing out on anything. Hope this is helpful!!

Very cool set Garrett! I too have been a little reluctant to dive into the Cinemuseum world, for the reasons you mentioned. But I'm loving the included mediabooks in this release. And the artwork throughout this release looks incredible... definitely seems high quality. Way to go man.

Almost purchased from them several times, but never snagged anything. The Mask, Lost Boys, and this Salem’s Lot release caught my eye. Hopefully these releases could be more readily available on Orbit/Diabolik in the future. Great vid dude!

Nice unboxing again man. I accidentally received this from Carlos at Cinemuseum last week along with a copy of the Creepshow I already had. Sending it back to him for my order of Antichrist, Salem’s Lot Variant B and the Dances with Wolves that I should’ve gotten. Oh, I also purchased two more Umbrella Orders which includes Talk to Me (also ordered The Quiet Family, Blood and Honey 2, The Raid, You’ll Never Find Me, The Chaser, and Late Night with the Devil) Thinking Ill just end up selling off the blank of the hand and purchasing the actual replica off the website. Very excited!

Salems lot is Great but it’s a hard movie to recommend because it’s very long and slow. But tells a good story. And the cinemuseum quality is fantastic but the wait til I can see not working for alot of people sadly. I wish they could churn this things out quicker for the fans

My top 3 vampire movies are almost the same as yours mine are #1 Fright Night , #2 The Lost Boys , #3 Salems Lot. I love Salems Lot I watched it with my mom all the time when i was a kid. This set looks so badass man! Awesome video!

Fabulous lookin stuff buddy but the retrospective doc is available online to watch as I've watched it three or four times online. It's not bad, but certainly could have gone into more detail and some cast and crew interviews etc. Still, a nice collector's piece , I think. Wouldn't mind it myself to be honest as I'm a huge fan of Tobe Hooper's mini series from 79 : Nice!!! 🙂👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏

That looks awesome. Thanks for showing it off. Wish we'd get a set like that from Arrow or someone. I got a recent release of "Song of the South" from some Italian company, I think, called Sinistre Films. Is it legit? I don't know, but the set looks nice and it looks like a pressed disc instead of a burned disc, so if it's a bootleg it at least looks legit. It's the best I've personally ever seen the film, although all I've ever seen are the VHS and a burned DVD of the VHS captured. I've only ever bought bootlegs for a few things that aren't reasonably available any other way.

Yesterday I received it. I haven't been able to check differences between the two editions of the first movie yet, although I suppose that one will come divided into two parts and the other won't, and that will be all. I haven't checked the documentary either; I hope it's worth it. I have number 57 haha.

So this brings up a question I've had for a while. If you have a deluxe edition of a film in say blu Ray and then it comes out in 4k but only as a standard edition, do you ever just house the 4k in the stellar collector's edition? I've done that in particular with the creepshow shout factory Blu Ray and 4k. I kept the hard box, sold the Blu Ray and have the 4k with alt slip in the hard box (I had to store the booklet separately)

I know quite a few people that do that. Even mixing editions. Some premiums come with crappy wide release steelbooks and if you find a better one, you swap out. Frankenstein edition. Whatever to make it the best edition for you. I have mixed some but not with a 4K as I don't care for them.

I don’t think it’s a new scan. Same one we had. But it’s a different disc art. There’s a second disc w new features for part 1.
