Great Review! Vedder wasn't on my radar but other candidates like Comp-Tac and Tier 1 do not make a similar offering for my CZ75D Compact PCR. Ordered one today! I'd been using an all leather UBG which is extremely well made and comfortable, I just was missing clicky, stick-free feel of kydex that I prefer in my other CCW holsters for my Sig P365 and 1911.

I’ll never understand why 95% of holster reviewers don’t show the holster on their person. Concealability is the number consideration for many of us. We don’t want to print, and it’s illegal to print in some states.

I like the holster but would like the whole inside next to your body in leather for more comfort a air flow the plastic will make you sweat more with more protection from the hammer spur a little pad for the heavier person that the hammer would dig into

They already do make a hybrid version, it's the rapid tuck or comfort tuck

with the curved ends it seems on you at the 4 oclock position, the holster makes the grip of the gun poke out more

Vedder comfort tuck at 3ish and you will forget you’re wearing it. Give it a few days to break in.

I ordered a pro tuck and it’s going straight back. There’s something about the wide kydex “wings” that makes the grip of the gun stick out way too far and it’s really not very comfortable either.

Curious, by stick out far do you mean the grip away from your body? I usually use a more simple design with a claw so it will print less.

I had a Vedder IWB with the leather backing. It was very uncomfortable. The hardware seemed sharp as did the edges of the leather. I also had a light tuck that scratched the sh*t out of my slide finish, like way more than it should have. It was a great holster but I was really dissatisfied with that. They make quality holsters, but they’re not for me.

I very much respect Vedder Holsters, however my only complaint is with the exception of the light tuck Kydex holster none of their other holsters have adjustable or fixed retention which is a deal breaker for me.
