Privet terrace আর location ছাড়া আর কিছুই ভাল লাগেনি। কারণ, ১. দক্ষিণ এবং পূর্বদিক বন্ধ। তারসঙ্গে top floor .ফলে প্রচন্ড গরম হবে । ২. রান্নাঘর লম্বা কিন্তু সরু।ফলে দুজন দাঁড়াতে কষ্ট হবে। ৩. Over price. 2nd hand flat এত দাম কখনই নয়। ৪. একটা balcony খুবই সরু। ৫. পুরো flat লম্বাটে। বাড়ি square shaped না হলে মোটেই সুন্দর লাগেনা।

Everything is not good and the Kitchen is in North East Direction. That is why you avoided explaining the Direction. I Also Master Bedroom in North East. Again only Sr. Citizen can stay in this. Therefore vastu wise BIG NO. Interior is too loud with glazy Floor Tiles. Risk for Older People. And Metro is not less than 3 kms from this Building. Not Good
