Hey I'm a dog owner and trainer myself and I think I can help you :) Btw Congratulations for getting a new furry friend and According to me and many owners, early evening is a good time for lots of interaction. For many puppies this is the “witching hour,” and if you anticipate it by initiating play, he may settle down. If he doesn't, even after plenty of exercise, give him a treat and let him settle in the crate for a while. and later on you can continue your play session! I bought a Street Dog from Drainage , rescued it...The Problem is that at first we kept in the inside House due to winter...Now It hv habit of staying inside the house ... So When we trying change it's bed's Position it is not Corporating with Us... Also When we training it to do it's potty outside it is trying to eat anything outside... Hey I'm a dog owner and trainer myself and I think I can help you :) According to me there's nothing to worry about because research says that indian Spitz are great Apartment dogs because they are probably a medium sized breed and also seeing your condition, its great that you live on the 1st floor of your building because that way it will be easy for you to take your dog for small walks or for an emergency in case! Yes Indian spitz can sometimes be little loud but you can train them not to or only bark on your command.
