Thank you iNok for this great video. I am a big fan of matcha. When I was in Japan for the first time, I got a matcha bowl and a chasen from a specialty shop at nishiki market in Kyoto, and the artist who made the bowl, was so friendly and humble. I will return to Japan next March and would like to enjoy this matcha workshop. However, I dont speak any Japanese. Do you think that it would be possible to do this ? Their website is only in Japanese, so I guess that it would not be possible ? P.S. I like how you solved the situation with the teacher, who did want to remain private. And I really like how most japanese people are so respectful and polite and considerate. This is one of the many reasons why I love Japan so much.

Wow thank you for loving Japanese Matcha!! you don't need to speak Japanese to have this workshop, the shop offers English service so no worries!! About hiding his face, he belongs to an agency so he can't show his face to any medias.... but yes, we really consider about not showing customers face. we are really sensitive about this. I 'm not sure it's good or not...

Third flush Matcha is really bitter and it tastes really strong so we normally use for Matcha products like chocolate, latte etc. USA Matcha is I think third flush Matcha with lots of sugar I guess‼
