Let's compare the differences between Kiara Sky, Kokoist, Amazon & Après Gel-X Nails/ Gel Extensions.

SIZING INFO UPDATE - PLEASE READ.
So I recently decided to note all the sizes for each of these brands down to have on hand for my VIP press on clients. However, I noticed the sizes were up to 2mm off what I put in the video, and it's because I used a special sewing tape measure in this video and was now using a regular one to note them down. So, please see the more accurate sizes below, but please also take them with a pinch of salt. Sorry for the mistake ❤️

NOTE: I also only found after editing this video that Après do stock a larger size, "00", in their sculpted range, which is why that first compartment in the box is empty.

Kokoist tips are meant to be applied much further down the nail and then overlayed so the grow out don't look disgusting.

Also wanted to mention, might be a little more accurate if you take 2 of the same size and sandwich the tape between, that way it’s nice and snug along the inside with no gaps, especially when you’re dealing with mm.

I’ve only used Kokoist on myself because they are soft and are flatter/less curve and fit my nail bed the best. I didn’t like the Apres brand.. they were too hard/curved for me.

I have Kiara Sky tips in Medium Almond and Medium Coffin (love both). But I also short almond... they absolutely do not work for me either! My nail beds are too long and they don't cover the whole nail. I am interested in trying Apres Sculpted though!

Do you know what the most difference made to me? I was SO convomced that all those tips are plsstic tips and i think they are BUT some are better than other. I only was able to feel the difference when wearing. There are some cheap tips which look AMAZING but feel like thete is something on your nails. In german it id called " Fremdwörter ". One brand's tips feel like the nails when i sculpt my set. You need to wear them to know in my oppinion bcs they look totslly the same. All of them.
