Your commentary along the way is something I appreciate the most here, it's very helpful to listen to your thinking process and also what you believe the opponent is playing and why you do/don't do this and that considering the situation on the board. 21:37 I would have discarded Rootwalla at end of their turn. Then on my turn crash with everything. Or does that not work because Tanglewire? I would put him on blocking wrong.

I say that I think the opponent will just use 2 mana and the Masticore to kill the Rootwalla before I untap

Why MUD player don t regenrate the Masticore at 30:30 min ?

Why do you keep saying “they can use the Cursed Scroll twice”. Isn’t it a tap ability? Am I missing something (and you said it also in reference to it killing Arrogant Wurm, so it is twice in the same turn.) It doesn’t look like they have 2 in play

Is Seeds of Innocence around? I know it kinda blows giving them life, but it wipes their board. Same with reverent silence against enchantments.

Most of the time I have seen Energy Flux for the mass removal of artifacts. I have not seen Seeds of Innocence played, but it seems reasonable. I think I would want Flux more often though.

It's a non rotating format from 4th Edition to Scourge. The Professor from Tolarian Community College just did a video about it, I would reccomend checking it out for a more in depth explanation. Or you can check out the format's website at premodernmagic.com/

@@CloudgoatRanger let me check the video again (I hope tomorrow) and I tell you everything I consider a mistake. The biggest one was on the first match (I believe it was the first one 😅) when you win with the Garden, there's a smokestack on the table (just for decoration lol) for many turns and he didn't put a single counter on it instead blowing all your lands. You topdecked the garden, hit with the mongrel and win🤦

When you're playing mud, the smokestack touches table and you have advantage of permanents, you have to blow up the table, at least that's how I see the prison game
