This really is a wonderful gentle and flowy practice for pregnant and non-pregnant bodies. I'm in my third trimester and had to take a break from working out because I've been sick for three weeks. This has been my first 30min practice to flow and feel me body. Thank you!

Do not complete this video if you have had issues with heartburn during your pregnancy. Many times you will be upside-down in downward facing dog. Also, the flow is very narrow. It mainly consists of the lizard pose. While this is helpful at first, a variety of poses to release the hips and lower back would be much more beneficial.

If you need something more than three poses for 30 minutes, check something else out. I could not do lizard one more time or my head would explode.
