FYI you can totally make “stove rice” in the microwave, I make my basmati rice in the microwave in a glass bowl, you have to experiment a little with the time but the water to rice ratio is the same for the stove but it’s so much faster!! Would absolutely recommend!

Anna, did you burn your arm? That looks painful! The Greek bowl-the cucumber is the culprit. It’s mainly a watery vegetable and when it sits in the fridge, it leaks water and waters down your meal. I’ve had this issue. Drain it every day and re-seasoning it should help. :) Those extensions are pretty well priced! It is indeed an investment because you could always sell them if you wanted to. :)
