Have month long resolutions instead of year long ones.
To start sleeping early and wake up early: don’t stay up late doing something you wouldn’t get up early for. Read a book before bed instead of tv or technology.
Make SMART goals: specific goals, adding as much detail as possible. Measurable: putting a specific number on your goal
Achievable
Relevant: know why you wanna make this change ; have a clear and well defined motive behind it.
Timebound: put a time on your goal. do both short term and long term goals. As i read in atomic habits by james clear: tiny changes, remarkable results. dont focus so much on the goal you’re trying to achieve rather put ur focus on the strategy leading up to it.
