Sir prepaid expenses me thoda confusion bna hua hai ek question hai samjh nhi aa rha hai. Ques- A ne 1/april/2023 se lekar 30/june/2024 (15 months) ka advance diya Rs.75,000. Sir 1-april-2023 aur 31-march-2023 mein iski kya entries hongi aur jo 3 months extra hai unko kaise adjust karenge.

Expense AC Dr. 60000 Prepaid ex. Ac Dr. 15000 To cash ac. 75000 That's the correct entry.

​@@piasharma9488 yes it's like if we post entry of 75000rs in a year Rent acc Debit 75000rs To cash/Bank 75000rs Now adjust it like Prepaid exp 15000rs Dr( Asset ) Rent exp 15000rs Cr(exp reducing) Easy and simple
