My dad was gunners mate on a destroyer during the 70s a destroyer with nukes he was responsible for running tests on every single day almost every single hour. I was raised with a healthy fear of 2 things radiation and electricity. I almost would rather be shot than die the death they both can give you. About the only thing worse is 3rd degree burns over the majority of your body both wich can do in their various ways of taking you out.

Good video. You didn't narrate it but you also rinsed the beaker after the first pour into the filter funnel for better BaSO4 recovery. What did you rinse it with?

@@Auroral_Anomaly these few thousand Atoms barely make a difference and most will stay as dissolved ions. Remember a mmol still is 6,022*10^20 Atoms and we are talking about 10^3 /s
