Always enjoy your videos Hector. I have tried to do the bulk upload but I keep getting this error "Payer TIN does not exist in the account" and I get it for every entry. Can you tell me what the problem is? When I enter one of the same recipients individually I don't get an error. Thanks Hector John

You have to make sure the Payer Tin (business) matches the one in Tax1099

Just mailed mine. QB Desktop was a nightmare to figure out but I did. Then Left a 1099NEC out n error. Once print 1096 can't reprint so had to hand write corrected and missing NECs and 1096. Lawdy!.

QB Desktop 1099's are a hot mess, hope they fix it ASAP.. This is why we use this app.

Thank you for this good video I have used this product also. I would just mention that you mentioning individuals several times is a little misleading because even EIN companies will need to get a 1099 if they're not Incorporated and even some attorney firms. So it's not just individuals that you're paying that are not employees it is anybody that you're paying for a service for your company that is not an employee. you need that W-9 to confirm what kind of entity especially for these type of entities because you might be required to file a 1099 for a company not just an individual.
