Had same issue of not receiving my pin until I had a chat with a KZbin agent where they sent me a link to fill a form to submit a identity verification of which I did submit my ID card bearing same name with that of Adsense plus I filled the form and submitted it. Within seconds I received a mail telling me I’ve been verified.

I'm trying to do the ID verification with my UK driving licence, and when I click upload front, I take picture click accept and I get kicked out. I followed the New process to verify my Adsense account and it was super fast and stress free 😊. And Google no longer need me to verify through mailing Pin 😊. Menh, am happy for this new process cause I've been thinking the account of stress i have to go through the post office just to get the Google pin 😕 but thank God for this new process, it just saved me from experiencing such stress 😊😁. Yes, i used my Permanent Voters card for the verification cause it bears my home address on it 😊

I won't use the new one, my ID card looks like I got hit by a truck. Anyway, it's because I just finished NYSC and I looked horriblevwhen I got the ID. Now that I look much better, the AI might think it's a different person.

I used this new process passed all the steps and failed the selfie step after that it said Failed verification and now on my youtube studio it says (AdSense changes are not allowed. You need to wait 32 days between AdSense changes)will they let me retake it after 32 days or ????

I guess you changed the linked AdSense account, you will wait for another 32 days to make another change.

Good day sir,I used the new method and it was fast and easy.Took a picture of my ID and they scanned my face on live camera and I was verified. Sir does this mean I shouldn't bother going to post office to collect my pin?

You still need to verify your physical address too (either through PIN or manual verification)
