Thanks For shedding a light on the issue of not separating ourselves from what we may see we’d like to distance ourselves from (the problem, other, cause of our unhappiness ) when i try to convince others of using a great spiritual technique they cringe as the “me/you” split gets created. The fact of the matter is perhaps people need acceptance, caring, smiles, love that they understand versus a technique from a organization they are suspicious of. Everyone is suspicious now a days. I believe we are already here not all but its some of us but soon it will be most of us I started noticing everything is brighter and more beautiful and really noticed last night in my mirror the difference in me I look brighter lighter and more youthful I can see the the beautiful positive effects from the upgrades and feeling so light so positive so calm so good I went through really tough challenging ascension symptoms and most recently they were coming more frequently then I just felt really good having a hard time remembering a lot of my old self my 3D self and just embracing my new born self I’m so excited for all my beautiful brothers and sisters around the globe for what is soon to be for them evil all gone love light beauty and goodness everywhere in everything in everyone❤️✨✨✨

Wonderful to hear such an authentic conversation on our spiritual awakening process. We are being invited to experience ourselves at an existential level, and release our reliance on the constructed ideas of self we have developed over many lifetimes. This weaning-off process is very deep, and it requires a certain degree of anchoring in supraconscious awareness - connection to the feeling of the real within us, which becomes our new 'solid ground' or 'safe place' to rest, as our constructs go through a dissolution process. Coming apart at the egoic level is safe when we experience ourselves as carried by fathomless love-light-intelligence, and we viscerally encounter its capacity to heal, transform, and renew.

I feel like the tough or difficult days happen to help better illuminate our good ones. Almost like, how would we fully understand and appreciate the depth of even a nice, regular day, especially if we are fortunate enough to have food, water, shelter, our loved ones, time in nature, without a bad day, or even part of a bad day, to contrast it? That's another concept I heard recently that really lifted me, and might help with not feeling any type of victim vibe simply by 'owning' your bad day. Just because a bad thing happens in your day, the whole day doesn't need to be bad. Of course, in dire circumstances, that doesn't always apply; but many times, it can help to put things in different, hopefully better perspective.

@@GoddessStone I never took it as that. I always took what she said as "Thank God I didn't choose that experience". But I never took it that I was BETTER or MORE WORTHY than that person; that, in fact, very little separated us at all. Like the song says in Rocky Horror Picture Show "it's just a step to the left". Once I knew about karma and reincarnation (at age 7, when I started recalling past lives) I really understood some of the difficulties we can all face, if we set them before ourselves. Our choice. Our challenge. Our wound. Our gift we came to give. We all get an equal chance to "make good" or "mess up" but in the end, it's all pure profit for the soul. Everything matters. And nothing really matters. Just be.

Great points about being honest about going through hard times. These hard times are challenges to show us what we can overcome. Each one that we overcome gives us confidence and courage so that we can face things without fear, even that "bottomless pit" of despair some are afraid of opening up. Fear is the antithesis of Love. Fear prevents us from connecting with the Divine. If we are expressing the true nature of our Loving souls, we can face every situation without Fear.

Don't look for a "who." That's what you left behind. Just express in the flow state without looking for an "I." As for what you do - your programming is still running, telling you you need to "do" something - or else it will appear/feel weird not to be "doing." When you have an awakening, it's best to relax into your beingness for as long as it takes. Anything that later transpires comes THROUGH you - and it will be in harmony with situations and everyone around you. Peace!

Im only 20 minutes in and this is really next level. His analogy for people wearing the clothes of the Higher Self and further embodying the ego in doing so challenges the idea of Higher Self as its been presented most recently. The only other person I've heard able to speak to these things in such a novel way is Talie from Super Freqy. Definitely check her out.

Matt has an interesting position. In the first half he claims he is aware of his own ego and has integrated it. In the second half he speaks of this super-state he is in where there is no identification, no need for higher or lower models of self, no need to behave in a perfect spiritual way, eat the perfect food, because he has transcended it all. I don't doubt the sincerity of his 'super-state'. I too have felt what he describes, but since first experiencing that 'super-state', I have continued to evolve, to make better decisions, to engage with progressive practices, to 'raise my vibration/frequency' etc. Don't make the mistake of claiming you've finished transforming, lest you limit your own growth.

I’m just worried about our loved one’s…we have seen 25 ppl hurt now in 3 years, by these things…I can’t feel good when I’ve seen that. I feel very upset bcs it’s not just one very ill at one time…it’s just one after another . 😵‍💫🤷‍♀️ I have nothing left to give after over 3 years. Thankyou…I’m just low as just been through Winter. I don’t feel good seeing others hurt. Sending Healing Blessings for all. 💙🦢💙
