Hello ☺️ this is the puff pastry that I prepared with a very practical method 😌 I kneaded it without fermenting, without waiting, I put it on the tray, I put it in the fridge, I cook it in the morning 😌.. it is fermented because it takes a long time, it does not turn sour because it is in the refrigerator 👌 I cook it in the morning. Our soft hot pogaca is ready 👍👍
Materials
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup of warm water
Half a glass of oil
1 egg (inside the white, on the yolk)
1 tablespoon of sugar
half tablespoon of salt
1 packet of instant dry yeast
6.5 cups of flour (the amount of flour can vary for everyone, don't get hung up on the amount 👍)
For inside; I used a mix of white cheese and cheddar grated.
For the top; 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon molasses
Preparation of
Let's put all the liquids except yeast and flour in the mixing bowl and mix them well. Then let's put 2 cups of flour on it, add the yeast on top, mix it. Let's add some more flour and knead it.. Let's make a soft dough that sticks to the hand very little.

Let's grease my hand with soft margarine and make meringues. Let's expand a little with our hands, put the white cheese and cheddar mortar on the edge, close it halfway. Let's make a roll with scratches on the rest. Let's do the others this way.
On the tray again without waiting
Let's pull cling film so that the dough does not get air and dry ☝️
Let's place the tray in this way on one of the lower shelves of the refrigerator.
When we get up in the morning, let's take out the tray and take out the stew.. Let's mix the molasses with the egg yolks and spread it on the pastry.. Let's bake in a cold oven at 180 degrees until the top is golden. When it comes out of the oven, let's cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes 👍
