Like DY said at the start, log booking is so important! Progressive overload is king! Muscle growth is an adaptation to a stress. Expose your muscles to a novel stimulus every time you step in the gym!

Dy is the game changer his approach at the time was unmatched and today people are too soft to match his intensity. He wasnt emotional as much as spiritual and he was a product of his environment growing up tough. He came out of nowhere. People like this come around not very often. Without dorian none of those guys on stage would've had to work that hard to try and beat him. And they were damn near perfect in those times.

@cj77 well Ronnie gets his ass beaten against Dorian at least 3 mandatory poses (maybe even 4), 3 out of 4 of symmetry round poses and he is much better poser than Ronnie. So it could be quite possible for Dorian to beat Ronnie onstage
