preparing easy chicken curry

Here's the list of ingredients and instructions for making my mom's simple chicken curry mix:
Prepare an easy chicken curry mix by heating 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds and sauté until golden brown. Then, incorporate a variety of Indian spices, followed by 2 chopped onions, 5 green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and 4 teaspoons of grated coconut. Fry these ingredients until fragrant, then allow them to cool before grinding into a smooth paste. This versatile paste can enhance dishes like chicken or mushrooms. For extended storage, freeze it.
