Been trading hard Luwill carries with my friend for a while on multiple characters, and Lucid's really free, but Will is quite difficult because of FD loss from the level gap (Hard Will is level 250). At around 15m CP for level 235 characters, I'd say it takes around 10-15 minutes to be able to blue dot in HWill. The way to guarantee that you'll be able to blue dot is to be green dot by the time HLucid is 84% HP P2, and HWill is 33% HP P2. At those HP thresholds if you're green dot, you can literally AFK and be guaranteed blue dot.
