That is a very subjective question and tje answer would vary from city to city. Generally, online options are more convenient and worthwhile as you get access to the best faculties and resources without any geographical barrier

The said book hasn't been updated since long and has a lot of errors, won't recommend. As mentioned in the video check NCRT's or RS Agarwal. Then shift to books like RD Sharma or Arun Sharma. Moreover, go through previous year papers (IPMAT 2019 & 2020) and see if any source you're following are they leading you to the level that is required for the paper.

That’s the thing! You’ve got none, I got both :) Anyways from the video you’ve misunderstood that I left IIT for IIM Rohtak! Both decisions were made in different years! At the time I made the decision to leave engineering I didn’t have any college in hand and in the following year I joined IIM Rohtak.

Yep. The official rules based on trends would be that that the candidate must be born on or after 1 August 2003. So you're eligible!
