I got my hair cut today and she cut a bunch of thickness out of my hair. She lifted it up and cut up and under. I have thick hair and always thought layers was what i wanted, but it never turned out like i wanted. The under layers for thickness is exactly what ive been wanting, maybe thats what u want too. It makes my ends thin and easier to manage

When asking for a bunch of layers you should ask for short to medium layers. It looks like your stylist just gave you long layers. Since you have long hair long layers won’t be as noticeable.
