Thank you, Niki! This video was super helpful. I followed your instructions and simply looked for a product from your list of brands and got ungated in Mega Blocks, Disney Princess, Harry Potter Branded and Apparel (this was a big one!) , Spin Master Games, PJ Masks, Play-Doh, Leapfrog, Skip Hop Baby, Enchantimals and one of those also ungated me in Plush Toys. I have NOT started selling yet, so this was a great start. I have noticed that about 75% of the time I attempt to ungate with a brand, it does ungate me. So encouragement to others to simply make the attempt. I'm getting my first shipment to send in to Amazon next week and also working to get ungated in Grocery by placing an order with a supplier. I’ve been waiting for your Q4 videos! When sourcing during Q4, do you maintain your 50% roi/ $5 minimum rule? Do you find that standard replens/BOLOs increase in sale prices too or do they typically remain the same?

Yay! I do still stick with the same $5/50% ROI. Prices tend to fluctuate the same as the rest of the year but they don’t tank as fast or at all because the low sellers sell out so fast. There are certain items like holiday candy that can tank fast and take along time to rebound

Hi once we get ungated for a particular asin does that mean we get ungated for the other asins in the same brand or do we need to apply for each individual asin? Also when we replenish inventory do we need to apply for the ungating again?

Hey Nicki! Listen to your videos a lot as a new seller. Sent my very first shipment out the beginning of May and I'm at 25k in sales now so I'm super pumped for Q4!. Do you have any advice on how things sell in Q4 vs the slower months? I have some bad buys which I could sell and break even but feel like it might be worth it to wait a couple months if they start to sell a lot quicker / price may rise, thoughts?

Congrats!! At this point it wouldn’t hurt to hold them longer but it’s all just up to you. If you need the money for better items now, cut and run

Hi Nikki, I’m brand new, still getting all my supplies, and have gone out 3 times for RA without a whole lot of luck so far because I’m restricted in EVERYTHING. So fa I’ve only found 4 products that I’ve been approved to sell, but since watching your videos I’ve learned to try to get auto-approved in gated brands and categories and so far have been ungated in 30 brands (28 of which I’m still gated in those categories though, so still can’t sell), and I’ve been ungated in 1 new category (Musical Instruments), to add to my one category that I was auto ungated upon starting FBA, which is the Home category. Does it make much difference to do FBM during Q4, or is it really better to do FBA? I have a lot of 1each items and I'm hesitant to send it to Amazon because I don't know if it will sell or sit there. I have a standard account so I don't have a lot of space for inventory at Amazon.

You will want to do both FBM and FBA, I talk more about why in future videos for Q4 prep but you can make lots of money with FBM in Q4

I have sent shipments to Amazon with a lot of products just being 1 or 2 it’ll just be multiple SKUs in one. Even if the rank is above 100k my items sell pretty quickly in about 1-5 days. Give it a try. Maybe don’t send everything at once. Try a test shipment. I am also a new seller. Recently started 1 month ago.

I’m not sure, they vary on an account by account basis. If you enter a completely different address they may ask to verify it again

Hi Nikki, question for you about Nike items bought via online arbitrage. AMZ won't take the receipt from a known retailer for items I was trying to sell. I bought 10 of a shirt and really don't know where to go from here. Any suggestions???

Order the same shirts online make sure it’s an invoice not receipt I went Thru same thing
