That plant with white flower is Peace Lily. They are fine with morning direct sunlight touching their leaves but no direct sunlight from afternoon or evening sun or the leaves will burn. Their leaves will get greener too if you avoid direct sunlight touching their leaves. They're prefer bright indirect sunlight. Hope this helps❤️

Anyway, I've moved earlier this month and videos like yours have been a great inspiration for the typenof energy I am putting in decorating the studio (26m² with a wide mainroom and two tall windows + a smaller window in the kitchen with a view on the building's old beautiful staircase, in classic Provence style). It takes quite some time, since it's not rearranging but a whole move, yet it's very satisfying!
