How to prepare for a BTS stadium concert 1) exercise before the day A lot of walking, a lot of standing 2) keep skin in check. Facial masks and moisturizing. Trust me. 3)get outfit together beforehand. If it’s cold, wear a goddamn jacket. 4)if you have anxiety, calm yourself. Breathing exercises or meditation etc. You’ll need it. 6) have fun and enjoy the experience to the fullest. 7) prepare comfort food cuz you going to be depressed missing BTS when it’s over. This is from personal experience :’) Edit: I just got a notif from one of the comments. I didn’t know people actually found this helpful. Thanks 🥺 One more tip that kinda goes with #6. Record some moments to look back on ( i watched clips of other concerts through twitter beforehand just so i know what i was expecting. Of course some people want the concert to be a surprise) when the members were walking around I didn’t just focus on the big screen or the one singing and actually caught a really funny moment of Jin😂😭. even so, remember to put your phone down and enjoy the experience to the fullest. All the armys around me were really kind too, so it was easy to make friends even though i am a very anxious person. All the armys going to a concert, have fun. All the armys who haven’t gone to a concert, i hope you get to go someday. I didn’t think it was possible for me to go because of the price, but i did 😭, so don’t give up.
