I parked my forklift outside. I am think about changing up my backroom to stack only pallets with everything in my store and fill the store with the pallets alone. I will have a few storage shelves for what doesn't go out and considering that my store is small I will be repurposing my employees for other jobs.

As far as endcaps, I would put products that has fewer items on the shelves.

not having my stockroom full gives me anxiety, curious you only order when the stock gets to 0. I wonder if you also ordered 7 of items that are in the red (low) but not fully out if it would at least help the stockroom situation a bit?

Does anyone find that there are some items the employees pretty much ignore stocking even when completely empty? Like 4 different items on a large shelf, they fill up two of them and ignore the others.
