The damage of SRS is affected by Arrow Shower damage modifiers. ROA Card increases Arrow Shower damage for each refine level.

is it possible to multi job from sniper to bard. in my case i can choose only dancer in multijob.

If your character is female, you can only choose Dancer. There is a Gender Change NPC in Prontera so that you'll have Bard as an option. But once you've done that, you can never go back XD

not really for the solo bard, most suited guilds actually have 100% freeze inmunity because of marc. dancer might be better for this purpouse, because 100% stun resistance is really rare.
