If the other tortoise is actually stuck in the tunnel and can't get out it will definitely drown once the storm hits. Kennan had one he actually had to completing dig out it was so stuck! Prayers for the best

Did you update us since then on how the one turtle in his burrow is doing and if he faired okay through the storm? It obviously too late for this suggestion, but did you think about putting tarps over the holes to try to protect him from potential flooding..or something like that? I just hope he is Kay and not knowing it driving me crazy! Hopefully you check on him in the next video or so or let us know!
